Les contaba el mes pasado que, allá por los años 1992-1995, el cardiólogo Tsung O. Chen llegó a recopilar más de un millar de siglas y acrónimos correspondientes a ensayos clínicos y estudios cardiológicos. Entre ellos, muchísimos nombres siglados que podían leerse con sentido; y entre los cuales destacan cinco áreas temáticas que parecen ser las preferidas por los cardiólogos:
