An error has been detected in figure 1 of the article by Santas et al. “International Normalized Ratio and Mortality Risk in Acute Heart Failure and Nonvalvular Atrial Fibrillation Patients Receiving Vitamin K Antagonists”. Where the text stated “INR>2”, it should have read “INR>3”. The corrected figure 1 is shown below:
